Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing executive schedules, handling expense reports, and providing comprehensive executive support. This position requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of executive functions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with office software and remote collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
