Mold Setup and Changes: Safely mount and dismount molds using overhead cranes, hook up water lines, hydraulic lines, and electrical connections.

Auxiliary Equipment Setup: Configure robot pickers, conveyors, dryers, and thermolaters.

Maintenance & Safety: Perform preventive maintenance on molds (cleaning, greasing), maintain a safe "Lockout/Tagout" (LOTO) environment, and keep work areas clean.

Documentation: Complete changeover reports and document process parameters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in plastic injection molding, 1–3+ years as a technician or setter.

Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read blueprints/work orders, and proficiency with hand and power tools.

Knowledge: Understanding of plastic materials, mold design, and hydraulic/electrical systems.

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for long periods, and work with machinery.
