Job Description
SkillSetGroup is seeking an experienced Controller to work in the Los Angeles, CA area. This position will be responsible for developing and refining the financial infrustructure for an aerospace manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have a strong aerospace production background, along with leading all day-to-day financial functions. Experience with ERP integration & financial system optimization is key. This will be a fully on-site position and a DIRECT HIRE. (Hybrid schedule may be an option in the future)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing finance team.

- Current market trends and economic indicators
- Advanced data analysis and forecasting methodologies
- Corporate financial law and risk management principles
