This is a long-term contract position that requires a dedicated individual to manage customer orders with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and manage customer orders in the Hedberg system, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
• Review vendor acknowledgments to identify and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor and track replacements, expedite shipments, and maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and sales teams.
• Prepare detailed order status reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Address and resolve invoice-related issues to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Provide support for client service and administrative tasks, including occasional front desk responsibilities.
• Maintain organized records and documentation to support efficient operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Handle high-volume transactions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.• Proven experience in data entry and order processing roles.
• Strong proficiency in numeric and computer-based data entry.
• Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and issues.
• Familiarity with order entry systems such as Hedberg is preferred.
