We’re partnering with a growing construction and installation-focused organization to identify a Construction Supervisor / Superintendent to lead field operations and drive successful project delivery.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing installation crews, subcontractors, and jobsite execution from mobilization through completion. The right candidate will bring strong field experience, leadership ability, and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
Field Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage installation crews and subcontractors across active jobsites
- Coach, mentor, and develop field personnel
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and overall jobsite performance
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
Project Execution & Coordination
- Oversee projects from delivery through completion
- Develop schedules, assign work, and track progress against deadlines
- Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure materials, equipment, and labor are aligned with project needs
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safety-first culture
- Conduct jobsite audits and ensure adherence to installation standards
- Document incidents, delays, and field issues
- Ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory requirements
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain daily logs, reports, and job documentation
- Verify timecards and track labor hours
- Monitor field costs, inventory, and equipment usage
- Assist in troubleshooting installation, product, or warranty-related issues
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Experience leading field teams in construction, installation, or site services
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening
Preferred:
- Experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Field Supervisor
- Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and lifts
- Ability to read drawings, layouts, and basic blueprints
- Background in scheduling, resource planning, and vendor coordination
Work Environment
- Active construction sites (indoor and outdoor)
- Physically active role (standing, lifting, climbing ladders, etc.)
- Up to 50% travel depending on project needs
