Senior Training & Development Manager

Position Overview
Facilitates and consolidates high-stakes course development sessions, keeps stakeholders aligned, ensures facilitation discipline, and supports consistent quality across course products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish meeting ground rules, keep meetings on-track, ensure essential representation and SME input; ensure meetings follow OER/ADR guidelines;
  • Oversee and coordinate QC across courses; provide guidance on course content/experiential learning; coordinate with Cadre POCs to align on next steps before engaging wider SME groups.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Senior labor category definition: 10+ years experience and MA/MS; works independently on high-visibility/mission-critical aspects; may oversee less senior staff.

Required Skills

  • Facilitation, stakeholder management, quality oversight, documentation control, instructional/training domain depth.

Certification Requirement

  • None specified.

Clearance Requirement

  • Public Trust background investigation required.
