Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Clerk to provide clerical and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Prior experience or familiarity with Microsoft Access and Excel preferred
- Experience using modern office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, external contacts, and the public
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment with frequent interruptions
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
