We are looking for a skilled and service-focused Dispatcher to join our team in our Milton office. In this role, you will be the central hub of communication—supporting technicians, assisting customers, and ensuring our operations flow smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do

Real-Time Scheduling
Manage and adjust daily schedules to meet customer needs and maximize technician productivity. -
Technician Routing
Route technicians efficiently based on skill set, location, job priority, and schedule changes. -
Customer Communication
Answer incoming calls, provide service updates, confirm appointments, and maintain a friendly, professional tone with every interaction. -
Ongoing Updates
Keep both technicians and customers informed throughout the day with clear, timely updates regarding job status, ETAs, delays, or changes. -
Operational Coordination
Track job progress, anticipate conflicts, and proactively resolve scheduling challenges to keep the day running smoothly.

Qualifications

Experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or a related field (experience in the electrical or home services industry is a plus).

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and pivot quickly when plans change.

Proficient with dispatching or scheduling software (training provided).

Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
