Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Active certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Hawaii
- Experience working with K-12 students, including diverse age groups and needs
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, crisis support, and progress monitoring
- Familiarity with creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with staff, parents, and external professionals
- Flexible and adaptable approach to caseload and school assignments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and psycho-educational assessments
- Interpret results to support individualized student plans and interventions
- Consult with educators, administrators, and parents regarding student needs
- Deliver counseling, behavior management plans, and social-emotional support
- Participate in team meetings for IEPs and other student services
- Document evaluations, recommendations, and follow-up actions in accordance with school procedures
- Provide crisis intervention as needed, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Share expertise and guidance to promote a positive, inclusive school environment
