Job Summary:
MotorCars of Atlanta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aston Martin Technician to join our team in Sandy Springs, Georgia. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing high quality and efficient repairs and maintenance on Aston Martin vehicles. This is a full-time flat rate position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Aston Martin vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using dealership-provided diagnostic equipment. Use technical manuals, diagrams, and computerized systems to accurately and efficiently complete repairs and services

• Keep detailed records of all work done, including parts lists and labor time. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and precautions

• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure seamless and timely completion of repairs

• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BMW, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes Dealership Technician experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required

• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair

• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination

• Proficient in diagnostic tools and equipment, with knowledge of modern automotive systems and technology

• Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and guidelines

• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve

• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively

• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

• Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed

• Opportunity is for the Lamborghini/Rolls-Royce team in the shop, German Auto make Dealership experience is a huge plus.
