Job Summary:
MotorCars of Atlanta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aston Martin Technician to join our team in Sandy Springs, Georgia. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing high quality and efficient repairs and maintenance on Aston Martin vehicles. This is a full-time flat rate position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Aston Martin vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using dealership-provided diagnostic equipment. Use technical manuals, diagrams, and computerized systems to accurately and efficiently complete repairs and services

Keep detailed records of all work done, including parts lists and labor time. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and precautions

Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure seamless and timely completion of repairs

Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
-
2+ years of BMW, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes Dealership Technician experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required

B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair

Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination

Proficient in diagnostic tools and equipment, with knowledge of modern automotive systems and technology

Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and guidelines

Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve

Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively

Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed

Opportunity is for the Lamborghini/Rolls-Royce team in the shop, German Auto make Dealership experience is a huge plus.
