with offices in Tysons, Virginia. We provide an extraordinarily high level of investment and wealth
management support for affluent clients, currently managing more than $27.3 Billion in client assets.
Internship Opportunity
We are seeking a part-time Intern for the 2025-2026 academic year, with the opportunity to transition
into a full-time role during Summer 2026 at our Tysons, Virginia office.
This internship offers a hands-on, immersive experience designed to reflect the responsibilities of a full-
time associate. Beginning in Fall 2025, intern will gain exposure to SEIA’s operations, contribute to
meaningful projects, and develop key skills for a successful career in wealth management and financial
planning. The program is structured to accommodate academic schedules and expands into a full-time
(40 hours/week) role during the summer.
Responsibilities
- Participate in portfolio construction projects and client portfolio reviews
- Support the development of customized financial plans
- Conduct investment research
- Assist with the reconciliation and review of financial data
- Investigate client-related issues and present findings
Candidate Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning & Wealth Management or Finance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Superior interpersonal, organizational, and client service abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
