AFCAT Supply is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill our Warehouse Shipper Receiver!
The Warehouse Shipper Receiver will assist in day-to-day tasks, which include shipping, receiving, stocking, organizing, inventory, pulling orders, and loading delivery trucks. The Warehouse Shipper Receiver position is responsible efficiently processing orders which meet and exceed the customer's expectations for quality and timeliness, as well as maintaining a clean working environment. The Warehouse Shipper Receiver works closely with the Customer Service team as well as directly with customers to ensure the fill rates are as high as possible, filled as quickly as possible, with all special requirements met for each individual customer.
Responsibilities:
- Pick orders accurately and ensure that all orders run through a pick verification process
- Ensure warehouse is physically clean and orderly as well as assigned correctly in our WMS
- Schedule and load/unload inbound and outbound freight with different carriers, modes, and requirements
- Must be able to connect and build relationships with associates, vendors and customers
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions, behaviors, and improper work processes
- Assist in weekly cycle counts and report findings

Qualifications:
High School Degree or Equivalent Required
Knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing technology and practices
Physically be able to safely lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
Bilingual is a huge plus
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay:
This is an HOURLY position that starts at $18 with room to grow.
