Job Title: Account Management Coordinator
Salary: $45-$65k
Position Summary:
The Account Management Coordinator supports the account management team in executing client strategies, maintaining relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of products or services. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and clients, helping ensure all projects and tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary support to Account Managers in daily client communications and project coordination.
- Assist in the preparation of client reports, proposals, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
- Maintain and update client records, contracts, and account information.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth execution of client requests and campaigns.
- Attend client meetings and document key action items and follow-ups.
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary to ensure high-quality service.
- Support onboarding of new clients and help implement account setup processes.
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining organized files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in client services, account coordination, or project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with or project management software (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Trello).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

- Experience in a marketing, advertising, or agency environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
