Summary:

As an Envelope Equipment Adjustor, you’ll play a critical role in producing high‑quality custom envelope orders while receiving hands‑on training with specialized envelope equipment. Essential Functions:
· Support daily envelope manufacturing operations based on production schedules
· Read and interpret job instructions and set up presses for efficient, high‑quality production
· Operate equipment by adjusting print quality, hanging plates, mixing inks, and loading or repacking paper
· Troubleshoot equipment and production issues while maintaining safety standards and optimal machine performance
· Monitor and adjust ink levels throughout press runs to ensure consistency
· Perform size change modifications accurately and efficiently
· Complete required daily production and labor reporting
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in a converting or manufacturing operation preferred
· Basic math skills required
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
· Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
· Ability to read measurements and perform basic mathematical calculations
· Knowledge of feeding and delivery systems is a plus
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
· Dependable, safety‑focused, and customer‑service oriented
· Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
Working Conditions:
· Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
· Ability to sit or stand for extended periods; frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling
· Warehouse and mechanized environment with exposure to temperature extremes
