Lulus Chocolate Bar in Savannah is looking for two bartenders to join our 30 person strong team. We are located on 42 Mlk Jr Blvd . Our ideal candidate is self-driven, fun, experienced and reliable with some supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages using accurate "free-pour" method
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve desserts and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Quickly prepare martinis and cocktails. Must be able to free-pour.
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Act as Key Holder in Supervisory Role in Absence of Manager at higher wage
- Cross-train for other position to be able to jump in to help the team where necessary
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
- Winning personality; gets along well with others
