Chard is looking for dependable, energetic Team Members to join our crew at our brick-and-mortar location! As a Team Member, youll be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment, serving up bold, flavorful food while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Take accurate orders and operate the register/POS system
- Prepare food items to Chard standards, maintaining quality and consistency
- Keep work areas and common areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Support your team during busy shifts with flexibility and enthusiasm
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with restocking, opening/closing tasks, and general upkeep of the restaurant
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance
Requirements:
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality showing up on time is a must
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and take on various roles as needed
- Prior restaurant or food service experience is a plus, but not required
