Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for an experienced Radiology Technologist with strong skills in imaging and radiology technology. This role is based in Alpharetta, GA, and offers a contract position with a reputable healthcare facility. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience in the specialty, including expertise with OR and C-Arm procedures. Candidates should be proficient in performing routine X-rays and have a solid understanding of Cerner systems.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
- ARRT certification is required
- Current BLS certification
- Strong skills in OR support and C-Arm imaging techniques
- Experience with routine X-rays and Cerner electronic health records
- Availability to work one major holiday (Christmas Day or New Years Day) and one minor holiday (Christmas Eve or New Years Eve)
Schedule and hours:
- Monday through Friday
- 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM shift
Responsibilities include providing high-quality imaging services with a focus on surgical support and patient care within the radiology department. You will be expected to operate radiologic equipment within the operating room environment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures in line with best practices and safety standards.
