Position Overview
Our Bartenders play a key role in the guest experience, providing efficient, friendly service while keeping the bar organized and running smoothly. This role is about consistency, awareness, and creating a great atmosphere without slowing down the flow of the event.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and stock the bar before guest arrival
- Serve beer, wine, and cocktails quickly and responsibly
- Follow all alcohol service laws and venue policies
- Maintain a clean, organized bar throughout the event
- Monitor guest consumption and handle situations professionally
- Restock supplies and communicate needs to the coordinator or team
- Break down and clean the bar at the end of the night
- Provide a welcoming, upbeat presence for guests
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Responsible and confident when handling alcohol service
- Team player who communicates well with coordinators and staff
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Weekend availability is required
Requirements
- Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
- Prior bartending or service experience preferred
- Certification may be required based on state or local laws
