Responsibilities
- Sell life insurance policies to existing Farmers clients, focusing on their unique needs and financial goals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine appropriate coverage options for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the Farmers Insurance team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, policies, and transactions in our customer management system.
Requirements
Valid and active Life Insurance Producer license.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, policies, and underwriting processes.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Cultivate relationships with new clients and nurture those relationships with current clients
- Proficiency in multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Must be highly self-motivated and career-minded
