Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent Stepdown or Progressive Care experience
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Strong critical thinking and assessment abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to Stepdown patients requiring close monitoring and complex interventions
- Perform ongoing assessments, respond quickly to changes in patient conditions, and implement physician orders
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and provide advanced patient education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Accurately document all care activities and changes
