Acquisition Manager – Real Estate (Commission Only)

Omaha Home Advisors is a locally owned real estate investment company that buys houses directly from homeowners in Omaha and surrounding areas. We specialize in off-market, cash transactions and helping motivated sellers solve real problems.
We are hiring an Acquisition Manager to take inbound leads, negotiate directly with sellers, and put deals under contract. This is a commission-only position with significant upside for high performers.
Compensation
- Commission-only
- Uncapped earning potential
- Top performers earn $150,000+ annually
- Paid per closed deal
Responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up with inbound seller leads
- Conduct phone and in-person appointments with homeowners
- Evaluate properties and present cash offers
- Negotiate contracts and get agreements signed
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow the sales process
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth closings
Qualifications
- Sales experience required (real estate sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-only role
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up habits
- Professional, reliable, and accountable
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Real estate acquisitions or wholesaling
- In-home sales or consultative selling
- Real estate license (not required)
