We are looking for an experienced Accounting/Bookkeeper/AP/AR/Payroll/General Ledger Accountant to lead our Accounting Department.

MUST HAVE SAGE EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

• Process weekly employee payroll
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
• Bank Reconciliation,
• Process and post customer payments to accounts
• Pay invoices and process outgoing payments in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
• Review and entering of Vendor Invoices
• Accounts Receivable duties including entering of cash receipts, forwarding monthly statements, maintaining customer's accounts and payments
• Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve payment issues

​Qualifications:

• SAGE (MAS100)
• Previous experience in accounting, A/P, A/R, Payroll Processing
• Proficiency in financial accounting tools
• Experience with IRS and Payroll Taxes
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
