We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Savannah, Georgia. This role involves accurately inputting member information into our user-friendly database system. The position is part-time, requiring 20 hours per week, and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational and typing skills.


Responsibilities:

• Enter member and donor data into the database system with high accuracy.

• Maintain and update records, ensuring data integrity and completeness.

• Conduct routine checks to verify and correct any discrepancies in data entries.

• Perform general administrative duties, including answering multi-line phone systems and assisting with receptionist tasks.

• Organize and manage electronic files and documents efficiently.

• Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
• Proficiency in typing and working with computer systems efficiently.
• Familiarity with database management and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Availability to work 20 hours per week in a part-time capacity.
