Customer Service Representative
5 Star company looking for a 5 Star recruit! We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless customer interactions. If you love engaging with people, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks with precision.
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email with a warm, engaging, and compassionate approach.
- Proactively identify and address details that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of the full customer relationship, ensuring smooth interactions from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Coordinate and assign delivery drivers to their respective orders as part of a rotating schedule with office staff, typically once per week.
- Work schedule ranges from 30-40 hours per week, with start times at 6:30 AM, 8 AM, or 9 AM. A lunch break is provided, and the workday typically ends around 3 PM, 4 PM, or 5 PM, depending on the daily schedule. Hours may adjust based on business demand.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service.
- A naturally happy, extroverted personality that shines over the phone and in emails.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- A deep sense of responsibility over the customer experience.
- You love anticipating challenges, solving problems, and delivering joy
- Passion for continuous improvement—both personally and professionally.
- A love for food or food service experience is a big plus!
- Eager to learn, grow, and be part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong command of written and spoken communication.
- Quick to adapt and learn new software programs.
- Deadline-driven and detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus
