Mobile Pet Groomer -- Paid Training Available

Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire a full-time mobile groomer to join our team and replace one of our beloved groomers who is leaving. This position will start as soon as possible with typically a 3 week paid training (depending on background). Work days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday for approximately 45 hours/week. Applicants without any professional pet care experience will not be considered.

Preferred experience would include at least some of the following: nail trimming; dog bathing; cat brushing; dog brushing; dog or cat dematting; dog or cat grooming. Applicants without professional pet care experience of some sort will not be considered.


Qualifications

• first-rate customer service skills
• high degree of professionalism and integrity
• experience with animals
• punctuality and conscientiousness
• clean driving record and current MA driver's license; must have 3+ years of driving experience and be deemed insurable
• must be 21 years of age or older
• must be able to work with both dogs and cats and have transportation to and from our Waltham garage for 9am start time
• position is about 45-50 hours per week, W-2 employee, required days are Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday.
