We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as a key point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information across multiple communication channels.
This position is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment while supporting U.S.-based clients.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems

Provide clear, accurate, and professional support regarding services and processes

Resolve customer concerns with empathy and a solutions-focused approach

Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when needed
Requirements

Must have lived or physically worked in the United States
-
OR must have previously participated in the InterExchange Work Program with the United States (J-1 Visa, Cultural Exchange, Inter-exchange, or Exchange Visitor Visa)

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles preferred

Strong spoken and written English communication skills

Excellent problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setup

Availability to work assigned schedules aligned with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours when required.
