We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling appointments, assisting customers with questions, and providing excellent customer service.
No prior call center experience is required but preferred
Responsibilites:
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls
- Follow up with customers as needed
- Maintain professionalism during all customer interactions
- Support office operations and team communication
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience
- Call center experience is preferred but not required
