Job Title: Foreman/Superintendent
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Foreman/Superintendent to oversee and direct construction crews on commercial construction sites. This role involves collaborating closely with the site Superintendent to allocate teams effectively and ensure the smooth execution of projects across various locations in Montana.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct a construction crew of 5-10 members depending on the project needs.
- Collaborate with the construction crew to execute direct projects efficiently.
- Review and understand construction documents to ensure project alignment.
- Participate in initial plan reviews to identify design conflicts and constructability issues.
- Implement and manage the project safety plan, including site security measures.
- Ensure compliance with building codes as per local and state jurisdictions.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in construction, construction supervision, and management.
- Expertise in commercial construction as a Foreman or Superintendent.
- Knowledge of metal stud framing, finish carpentry, and concrete work.
- Proficiency in using power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction as a Foreman/Superintendent.
Work Environment
All work is conducted outdoors, with some tasks performed in the elements, while others occur in completed structures. Candidates should be willing to work in varying conditions. Dress code includes jeans, steel-toe boots, and a t-shirt, with the company providing a hard hat and visibility cover.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billings, MT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
