Job DescriptionCustomer Service Supervisor – Full Time
Salary: $55,240.00-$62,400 DOE plus Benefits and $200 bonus paid out monthly

What you'll be doing – The Role:

  • Responsibilities include training employees to ensure safe operating procedures are being followed, including lock-out/tag-out; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Maintain desired product quality and safety.
  • Maintain adequate knowledge of product and equipment to ensure ability to direct employees to perform the job properly.
  • Responsible for shift schedule to include workstation assignments/rotations, employee training, vacations, breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees and shift rotations.
  • Assisting customer service staff in managing customer inquiries and complaints
  • Hiring new customer service employees
  • Training customer service staff
  • Delegating tasks
  • Monitoring performance of customer service staff
  • Conducting performance reviews
  • Organizing work schedule
  • Developing standard work procedures
  • Collecting data and preparing reports
  • Create new customers accounts into DMS System
  • Month end processes
  • Sending out daily sales reports
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and analyzing skills.
  • Supervision of office tasks
