Supply Chain Manager | Norton Shores, MI
Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies aligned with manufacturing objectives.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to minimize costs and ensure production continuity.
- Oversee logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution for timely material flow.
- Collaborate with production and sales teams on demand forecasting and production planning.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring resilience and business continuity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for procurement, inventory, and production planning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, contracts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience with specific advanced ERP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA SCM, Oracle Cloud SCM)
- Demonstrated experience in international sourcing and global logistics management
