Speech Language Pathologist Full-Time Wayland, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a licensed and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a supportive school district in Wayland, Massachusetts. Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
Maintain accurate records and actively participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
Active Massachusetts SLP license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
