Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable CSR Team Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and is willing to support team operations wherever needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn and perform duties across all customer service representative (CSR) accounts
  • Provide coverage for CSR desks during absences (illness, vacation, etc.)
  • Support the Office Supervisor with research and special projects as needed
  • Assist in maintaining smooth daily operations within the department
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
  • (Bonus skill ????) Ability to make good popcorn

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude toward change
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Working knowledge of Freeport computer systems preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Prior lead or supervisory experience is a plus
