Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable CSR Team Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and is willing to support team operations wherever needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Learn and perform duties across all customer service representative (CSR) accounts
- Provide coverage for CSR desks during absences (illness, vacation, etc.)
- Support the Office Supervisor with research and special projects as needed
- Assist in maintaining smooth daily operations within the department
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
- (Bonus skill ????) Ability to make good popcorn
Skills and Experience:
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude toward change
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Freeport computer systems preferred
Preferred Experience
- Previous customer service experience required
- Prior lead or supervisory experience is a plus
