Position Overview:
Elite Hearing of Colorado Springs is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Patient Care Coordinator to play a central role in the practice’s day-to-day operations. This position serves as the operational anchor of the front office — ensuring patients feel welcome, appointments run smoothly, and administrative processes remain accurate and on track.
The ideal candidate is confident working independently while contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment. This individual will manage scheduling, patient communication, electronic documentation, and payment processing with efficiency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and provide a professional first impression
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments accurately
- Enter and maintain patient information within electronic systems with strong attention to detail
- Scan, organize, and manage electronic documentation and files
- Collect payments at the time of service and process transactions accurately
- Call patients for appointment confirmations and reminders
- Assist with hearing aid clean-and-checks and basic patient support.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a front office, administrative, or patient care role (healthcare preferred)
- Comfortable using electronic systems, Excel, and digital workflows
- Strong communication skills (phone and in-person)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team
