Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Special Education Case Manager to support a collaborative school district for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. This role is essential in ensuring students with special needs receive the services and support outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), while fostering communication between families, educators, and service providers.

Position Details:

• Location: Keene, NH

• Employment Type: Contract, Full-time (37.5 hrs./week)

• Caseload: High School

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IEP case management, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.

• Develop, review, and monitor IEPs, coordinating with teachers, parents, and related service providers.

• Facilitate and lead IEP meetings, ensuring student goals are clearly defined and progress is tracked.

• Support classroom teachers by providing strategies, resources, and accommodations tailored to student needs.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and records in alignment with district policies.

• Communicate regularly with families and staff to ensure transparency and consistency in student support.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field.

• Active/valid Special Education certification in Minnesota.

• Previous experience managing IEPs and working with high school students preferred.

• Strong knowledge of IDEA, state compliance requirements, and special education best practices.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
