Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Industry: Professional Services

Pay: $150,000–160,000

About the Opportunity:

Addison Group is partnering with a law firm seeking a Training Supervisor to support technology adoption, AI learning initiatives, and employee development programs. This role will focus on driving engagement with new tools and delivering impactful training across teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding and technology training programs for employees
  • Support adoption of AI tools and digital workplace technologies
  • Create training materials including guides, videos, and e-learning content
  • Partner with leadership to identify learning needs and implement solutions
  • Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions across departments
  • Track training feedback and improve overall learning effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support technology-related initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or technology enablement within the legal industry
  • Experience supporting AI tools, enterprise systems, or digital transformation efforts
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and workplace collaboration platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience within professional services or corporate environments preferred
