We're Hiring: Accountant
Location: JS Tax & Partners Inc. – Farmington Hills, MI
Type: Full-Time
JS Tax & Partners Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who is positive, proactive, trustworthy, and meticulous, with a passion for helping clients and working collaboratively.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the preparation and review of individual and business tax returns
- Preparing quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Managing payroll processing and state/local sales tax filings
- Supporting the accounting team with bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Providing administrative and technical support to the Manager
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles or a degree in a related field
- Prior experience in a tax or accounting office is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Friendly, positive, and able to work both independently and with a team
