Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on a contract basis. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities:
• Welcome and direct visitors with a friendly and detail-oriented approach, ensuring they are referred to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform general office tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry to support various departments.
• Organize and maintain accurate records and files as required.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper processing and distribution.
• Operate office equipment, including computers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars to support team efficiency.
• Provide assistance with email correspondence and other communication tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office functionality.• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in office administration or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Familiarity with office equipment such as computers and scanners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and file management.
