About the Role We are a high-volume Toyota dealership in Hillsboro, Oregon, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee our vehicle inventory. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate vehicle tracking, organization, and presentation across multiple storage locations.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>

Manage the location and tracking of 400+ vehicles across multiple storage lots
</li>
<li>
Create and maintain vehicle key tags
</li>
<li>
Hang and update vehicle price flyers
</li>
<li>
Ensure inventory accuracy and organization
</li>
<li>
Use multiple proprietary dealership software systems
</li>
<li>
Coordinate vehicle movement on and off dealership property as needed
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Prior automotive dealership experience preferred
<ul>
<li>
Lot porter or lot attendant experience is a strong plus
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
High school diploma or equivalent required
</li>
<li>
Proficient with basic computer skills
</li>
<li>
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
</li>
<li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
</li>
<li>
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
</li>
