Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Full-Time)
Portuguese-Speaking | No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call
A well-established, physician-led multispecialty group in southeastern Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy Family Medicine practice. This is a full-time Monday-Friday position with strong clinical support and no after-hours responsibilities.
Position Highlights
•Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
•No nights, weekends, or call
•Portuguese fluency
•1-3 years of Family Medicine or Primary Care experience
•Collaborative, team-based practice model
•Immediate opening available
Responsibilities
•Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
•Manage an independent patient panel under a collaborative practice agreement
•Coordinate care with onsite specialists and diagnostic services
•Use eClinicalWorks EHR (voice recognition/AI dictation available)
•Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care
Qualifications
•Licensed NP or PA in Massachusetts
•DEA license
•Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
•1-3 years of primary care experience preferred
•Strong communication skills and clinical confidence
•Portuguese language skills strongly preferred
