Position Details:
Location: Marion, SC
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Setting: Onsite only
Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to teachers and students
Assist students with academic assignments and instructional activities
Support behavior management and classroom structure
Work with students individually or in small groups as needed
Help maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success
Qualifications:
Experience working with children or in educational settings preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient, dependable, and adaptable
