We’re looking for a Rockstar Patient Care Coordinator to support a busy, multifaceted, patient-centered integrative medicine clinic.

The tasks and responsibilities of this position will vary from week to week and would involve everything from answering the phone to ***assisting in hands-on patient care*** to more mundane things like vacuuming and wiping down door knobs. Your vocabulary doesn’t include “that is not my job.”

You should be a skilled and adaptable problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is autonomous, can follow directions with ease and might be considered a 'Jill-of-all-trades' as this role and its tasks are ever-changing. You love the telephone, are comfortable using computers, and find real joy in laughing and socializing with patients, making them feel like the only person in the room. You are authentic, outgoing and ready to commit to the long haul.

• A minimum of 15 hours per week, daytime schedule with major holidays off (about once per month weekend commitments when we are present at community events.) "Mom Friendly" Schedule.
• Hours: Currently Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:30am - 2pm, with potential of adding a 4th day (same hours) in the near future (on Mondays or Fridays.)

• 30, 60 and 90 day reviews with performance-based raises.
• No medical assistant experience necessary. We search for "trainable, coachable, good with people, and comfortable with hands-on patient care." If this is you, then yes, you are invited to apply! We train on the job.
• Starting pay: $15 - $18/hour.
