Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized support within a K-12 public school setting in Lynnwood, WA. This short-term contract position covers a leave, with an anticipated duration from ASAP through March 20th. The role requires in-person service, working approximately 7.5 hours per day to deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to a diverse student caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals.
  • Monitor progress and document student performance, adjusting therapy goals as needed.
  • Support students in classroom settings to foster effective communication skills.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide recommendations to enhance student success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required.
  • Experience working in K-12 school environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development and disorders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families.
  • Current state licensure to practice as an SLP.
