WAREHOUSE WORKER
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Assignment Length: 2 months
Shift:
• Mid Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM until work is completed (10–12 hour shifts)
• Overtime: Saturday, 9:30 AM until work is completed
POSITION SUMMARY
This role performs general warehouse and GMP operational duties in a fast-paced distribution environment. The position requires heavy lifting, extended periods of standing and walking, and work in refrigerated conditions. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently within a team setting.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform GMP services including relabeling, repacking, inspections, and aggregated serialization of products
• Down-stacking, palletizing, and daily cleaning activities
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners
• Receive, verify, and store merchandise; report discrepancies or damages
• Stock shelves and rotate inventory appropriately
• Process returns and perform data entry
• Conduct daily counts and research inventory discrepancies
• Assist with inventory procedures and physical inventories
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and compliance
• Use warehouse tools including Klever cutters and tape guns
• Follow all company policies, safety rules, GMP standards, and DEA regulations
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift 40–75 lbs
• Standing and walking for long periods of time
• Working in refrigerated environment (24°ree;F); site will provide PPE
• Rotating shifts in and out of the cooler
• Reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, and working with rolling carts
QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to read and understand English for product labels and instructions
• Basic math and computer skills preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions with minimal supervision
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Understanding of distribution center workflow preferred
