Job DescriptionAllegiance Staffing is currently seeking:Position: Manufacturing AssociateShift: multiple shiftsPay: $14/hrLocation: Goldsboro, NCJob SummaryThe Manufacturing Associate supports daily production operations by assembling, operating, and monitoring equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.Key Responsibilities· Perform assembly, production, and packaging tasks according to work instructions· Operate basic manufacturing equipment and machinery as assigned· Inspect products during production to ensure quality and compliance with specifications· Maintain a steady workflow to meet production goals and deadlines· Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE· Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas· Accurately complete production and quality documentation· Assist team members and supervisors as needed to support operationsQualifications & Skills· Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions· Strong attention to detail and quality· Dependable with good attendance and work ethic· Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks· Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbsWork Environment· Manufacturing or industrial facility· Exposure to noise, machinery, and production equipment· PPE required
