Job Title: Electrical Technician
Description:
Join our team as an Electrical Test Technician, playing a crucial role in the final assembly of autonomous material handling vehicles. Our team currently produces two vehicles daily, with plans to scale up production and introduce a second autonomous forklift line in the coming weeks. The selected candidate will execute step-by-step verification processes using a pre-established checklist, ensuring flawless functionality. Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret, comprehend, and red-line electrical schematics in alignment with company standards.
- Utilize hand tools and multimeters to troubleshoot and modify electrical systems and wiring.
- Debug and modify PLCs, robots, and HMIs per customer specifications and company standards.
- Develop and update operator manuals, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with teams, sharing schedules, plans, and training updates effectively.
- Tackle unique electrical and mechanical challenges while documenting and resolving issues with advanced troubleshooting.
- Engage in cross-functional teamwork, assisting beyond departmental scope when needed.
- Deliver high-quality projects that meet or exceed customer expectations, fostering repeat business.
- Attend training sessions to gain certifications in relevant technologies and programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and troubleshooting using electrical schematics.
- Competency in using tools such as multimeters, test equipment, and soldering tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for technical troubleshooting and documentation.
- Experience with PCB assembly, wiring, repair, and blueprint interpretation.
- Capability to manage deadlines and deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
