Position Summary

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Culinary Operations Manager to oversee all back-of-house operations at Lola’s Taco Bar. This role is responsible for culinary execution, team leadership, food quality, and cost control while supporting efficient, scalable kitchen systems. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who balances operational discipline with a passion for great food.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all BOH operations, including prep, line execution, and service standards
  • Train, coach, and develop kitchen leadership and hourly staff
  • Ensure consistent execution of Lola’s menu, recipes, and quality standards
  • Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and waste reduction
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Partner with ownership and operations on menu updates, specials, and kitchen processes
  • Build and maintain a positive, accountable, and high-performing kitchen culture

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements:Qualifications
