Position: Pharmacy Manager plus PIC (responsible for 2 techs) - Training will be provided
Average Volume:13rx/day
Start Date: ASAP (within the next 2 weeks)
Skills required:Management of pharmacy, inventory, wholesaler invoices and staff, proficient in Microsoft and retail settings; prefer experience of working with specialty medications
California Pharmacist licensure required
Dates of Coverage needed: Start ASAP and cover until our Manager is back from leave of absence; end date TBD
Coverage Hours needed: Monday - Friday 8am 5pm
No weekend or on-call coverage needed
Order Entry System: CareTend; Will train
Site Specialty Areas: Oncology, Rheum
Staff Size: 2 pharmacy technicians
Tech support: perform order entry, manage phones, packing boxes and receive the orders
Job Responsibilities/Expectations:

• Daily munication with Operations Director
• Maintain workflow
• Verify prescriptions
• Manage inventory
• plete necessary clinical onboarding activities including counseling patients, etc
