Assembler

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join an organization whose product really makes a difference. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly and possess excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling various components to create finished products according to company specifications. This position offers 1st hours, Monday to Friday with an exceptional benefit package including medical, dental, PTO, vision, 401K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints
  • Gather all necessary parts and tools for assembly
  • Assemble components accurately and efficiently
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies
  • Meet production targets and deadlines
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in assembly
  • Own and use hand tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
