Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise calibration of manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
- Document all calibration activities, test results, and equipment history accurately.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust malfunctioning measurement and test equipment.
- Develop, maintain, and update calibration procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure all calibration activities comply with ISO standards and internal quality procedures.
- Manage and maintain the calibration schedule and recall system for all plant assets.
- Assist in the selection, installation, and validation of new calibration equipment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in electronics, metrology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience performing calibrations in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in calibrating a diverse range of test and measurement equipment (electrical, mechanical, dimensional).
- Strong understanding of metrology principles and relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540.1).
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and accurately record calibration data.
- Solid mathematical aptitude for measurement uncertainty calculations and data analysis.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with CMMS or calibration management software.
- Basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC) or measurement uncertainty analysis.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues or perform basic repairs.
- Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, pharmaceutical).
