Bilingual Client Services Specialist – Financial Operations (Spanish/English)

Join a Dynamic Client Services Team in Miami!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and solving complex client needs? We’re seeking a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus!) to join our Client Servicing department in Miami’s Brickell district. This role is your gateway to working with high-revenue clients across Latin America, supporting treasury, cash management, card, and depository products.

What You’ll Do: You’ll be the first point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone, analyzing requests and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely resolutions. Your day-to-day will involve navigating multiple systems, applying critical thinking, and ensuring quality assurance in every interaction.

Training & Schedule:

  • 120-day training period: 100% in-office, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST.

  • Post-training: Hybrid model – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

  • Work hours align with Mexico business hours and holidays, including U.S. holidays.

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–2 years in banking or financial services.

  • 1+ years in customer-facing roles.

  • Strong skills in communication, active listening, time management, problem-solving, and multitasking.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
